Privacy Policy and Disclosures

Village Project Africa promises to keep the identity of all who contact us confidential. We do not rent, sell, or exchange our mailing lists. We strive to be forth-coming in all we are and do, seeking to be as cost-effective in our every day operations so that the maximum amount of each contribution can go to the programs and people that we seek to encourage. We work to make sure that every dollar that comes in is used to the fullest—that is our commitment to you and to the people we serve through your generous support.

Village Project Africa will do everything within its power to honor any designation of funds you have stated when providing support to the program. In a situation in which a program has been overfunded or cannot be carried out as requested by your designation, the funds will be used in a similar manner as approved by the Board of Directors. Any undesignated fund will go to a program of greatest need, also as determined by our Board of Directors and management.

As our site continues to develop, we will utilize securely encrypted contribution response forms on which you may provide us with information and make donations. We take the data you willingly submit (like your e-mail address or mailing address) as well as your financial information (such as credit card type, number, and expiration date) for the purposes intended only. This information is used to process donations, create receipts and send information about Village Project Africa to you. We will only use this information when necessary, including, but not limited to, resolution of customer service queries. You can always opt-out of receiving communication from us. To do so, please contact us at or through postal mail at P.O. Box 382, Noblesville, IN 46061.

Village Project Africa has been providing assistance in Kenya in some form since the late 1990s and has been a 501 (c)(3) not-for-profit since 2009. We recognize that our ability to continue operating is through the support of you, our donors. We know that you entrust us with funds to support and change the lives of real people in Africa. We constantly assess programs and their costs as well as the use of the funds that are intended for those purposes. We strive to keep our overhead low, allowing at least 90% of all donations to go straight to the programs they are meant to support.

From the photos, you can tell the students will cherish these cards for years to come and will long remember the joy they experienced on this day. Volunteers are needed for next year’s card shower. If you want to help, let Mary know: Love changing lives! ... See MoreSee Less
